Last updated: May 2026

Our commitment

Support2Thrive is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

  • All pages have a skip-to-main-content link visible on keyboard focus.
  • All interactive elements have visible focus indicators.
  • Touch targets are at least 44×44 pixels.
  • The site is available in 10 languages, including right-to-left languages (Arabic and Urdu).
  • Images have descriptive alt text.
  • Forms have labelled inputs and clear error messages.
  • Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
  • The referral form supports voice-to-text input on supported browsers.

Known limitations

  • The AI assistant is a conversational interface; screen reader users may need to scroll to read responses as they stream in.
  • Some older embedded content from third-party organisation websites may not meet accessibility standards.
