Over 1,200 Liver Scans Completed at Community Fibro-Scan Clinics Across Wolverhampton

Recovery Near You and SUIT have now completed over 1,200 free non-invasive fibro-scan liver health checks at pop-up clinics across Wolverhampton, bringing early detection of liver damage directly into culturally familiar community spaces including gurdwaras, mosques, and community centres. The programme, attended by MP Sureena Brackenridge, is described as a model of culturally sensitive, accessible health intervention that goes beyond traditional clinical settings to reach the city's most underserved communities.
